I know this is gonna sound stupid but we just moved into our new home (less than two months ago) and we haven't located our well yet. My husband seems to remember the inspector telling him that it's right next to the house. There's this concrete slab with a pipe and a funny looking hat sticking out of the top of it. Is this our well??

Sorry... we're from New York City and wouldn't know a well if we tripped over it.
