The condensation from my toilet is ruining the floor. Is there a way to stop it? I have tried the tank covers but they get wet and drip. Do I need a new toilet or will it continue either way?

Is the condensation dripping from the porcelain or from the metal pipes? If it's from the metal pipes, you can put insulation around them, or replace them with flexible, reinforced rubber ones.

you may have to introduce warm water into the toilet via a mixing valve. This is not very common but it happens. By warm water, I mean 55-60* somewhere in there. Condensation is caused be very cold water meeting with warm, humid air on the outside of the tank and thus condensation.
