How do I "BLEED" the radiators? I have older style radiators and occasionally they need to be bled to keep the heat flowing.

If you are talking about a hot water system, there should be a small bleed vent on the end of each radiator. Bleed air till water comes out then close. If Steam System, no bleeding is necessary, Auto vents should do the job.
One call to your HVAC contractor can have the service tech. show you the basics.
