The problem I have is dripping faucets,,it seems when my gas hot water heater is on my faucet in the kitchen begins to drip,,,when u turn the faucet on from cold to hot I notice the water pressure increases and then decreases and the dripping stops,,additional this happens in my bathroom upstairs,,I have a recirulating line(loop) to my bathroom to reduce my wait for hot water,,note that they only drip when the water is being heated,,any comments to stop this,,thnks

This sounds like simple physics to me.As you heat water,you create pressure and expansion.Naturally,the more you heat the water,the higher the pressure.Although you may have some hot water faucet washers that need changing,also check the temperature that you're heating the water to at the heater.
Loop water which is too hot will do a job on faucet washers in pretty short order.Come back if you still have a problem.
