There is water at the base of the my new toliet. The wax seal was replaced twice. On the under side of the toliet bowl there were beads of water as if the bowl was sweating. What can I do?

You say a NEW toilet........different construction and cold waler and humid air might all lead to condensation........

But even a brand new WC could have a crack or flaw........try adding a food coloring to the tank........allow a flush cycle to circulate the color and check back with a white paper towel to see if the "water" on the outside has any color to it......if it does the bowl may be cracked.......clear water indicates condensation.........doug

I once used a can of spray foam on the under side of a toilet to insulate it from the surrounding air for just the problem you are having.
