I was in my crawl space last night and found three small puddles (size of a silver dollar). The water was in the area of the bathroom, between the bathtub and sink. The water had run to lthe lowest spot on the vapor barrier. I wiped it up and had my wife run the bathtub water, sink and toilet. Nothing. I checked the bathroom floor, no sign of moisture. I wiped up the water and came down this morning. Now it looked liked more of a spray, small droplets in a area the size of a dinner plate. Again, nothing from the pipes in teh area as my wife let the water run for 5 minutes. There is a copper tube servicing our hot water heat somewhat nearby, but it was dry. Could there be a pinhole leak and water only sprays from it when the boiler is pumping water through? The pipe was dry when I touch it no drips are evident anywhere! The Attic is dry also, water not coming from roof.
