Bvplumbing
Hello again readers... this time I find a steady leak eminating from where the hot water nozzel attaches to its hose beneath the sink. I hope this description is enough as I don't have the correct terminology. The leak drips about one drop every few minutes or so. I cannot exactly see where it begins other than the area where the hot water knob attaches to the sink itself. I don't think the leak is from the hose, although it looks older (fabric covered) than the cold side.

From the outer sink level, the attachment of the nozzels and water outlet displays a constant wet area around the base of the hot water knob. The wet area has been present for quite some time, but no apparent leaking from beneath.

Can anyone identify what the problem is and the best remedy of repairing or replacing might be; other than a plumber, that is?

Thanx.
