Hi, this is easy. Get a plunger and use it on the toilet for about 5 minutes. The line is partially blocked and not allowing the vent to work properly.

when the toilet gets flushed sometimes the sink gurgles but almost most of the time the tub does and have to run the hot water because of smell rotten egg/sulfer odor. is this good or not? when can do thanks!
