I recently installed a new Price Pfister shower valve and there is no (i.e. a trickle) of water flowing to the shower head when turned on. It is installed in a corner shower so the bottom tub valve is closed with a plug.

I have already replace the cartridge with no improvement. Any ideas?

Remove the shower head and see if you get water, if so it's the head, if not, then you probably have a clog (removing the head may clear a clog). Another thing you can do (but be real careful) is remove the cartridge and turn the water on to purge the line. Most PF's also have adjusting valves (small screws), one on each side of the valve body.
