I either get water that's too hot or too cold in my shower. It's very hard to find a good temperature to take a shower. I have to barely turn on the cold water to get something bearable. Too much and it's scalding, too little and there's no hot water at all.

How do I get more of a range in the temperature coming out of my shower?

I don't have this problem anywhere else in my house.

Moen makes an excellent single lever faucet with temperature stops, that can be adjusted to your liking. If you have a 3 handle tub and shower faucet, consider installing a mixing valve.
