I've read where you mention that if you remove the low flow restrictor, your shower head is likely to leak. But, do you know if it usually helps increase the flow? I grew up with Water Pik shower massagers and they were great until the "low flow" laws. Now, I just bought a brand new one, and the flow restrictor that makes it low flow is built in to the head. I believe I can 'yank' it out, and won't mind if it leaks some, but I just wonder if that might help, or might it make the flow/pressure worse perhaps? Would appreciate it if you'd give any advise on this matter, I'm sick that I can't take a good strong shower!

Take the restrictor out (wont cause anything to leak) It will increase the volume coming through the shower-head....just dont let the water-police find out......erik
