You mean a roll up garage door?

The molding is different than inside molding, it has rubber weatherseal and is about 2 inches wide and comes in plastic (many colors)or pre-primed wood.

Go to your local hardware store, they should have a good selection.

It seems that the "temporary stop molding" is basically a 1x2 nailed flush with the opening so that as I stack up the door sections it doesn't fall through the opening. After the door is up I'm supposed to remove it and put up weather stripping.

It's going okay, but the hurricane wind reinforcing struts are a bit of a puzzle!
