The water pressure in my house seems to be fine everywhere except for the faucet in the back yard. I have been told to replace this faucet as a first step. What are the steps involved in doing this?

I'm sorry about your name fatherofnine. For your sake I hope I'm taking it too literal or you counted cats and dogs. Just kidding.

Go under your house and check if the faucet screws into the pipe or is soldered on. If it is screwed it's easy just shut the water off unscrew it. Take it to the hardware and get the same length. Screw it back in using plumber's tape. If it's soldered you're screwed unless you know how to do that.

I question whether that's your problem though. Sounds weird. What size pipe feeds it and if it is platic is it kinked? I don't know just a couple ideas.
