New Construction... How many vents?

I am in the process of building my house. I am going to be plumbing it soon, and I was hoping someone can give me some advice.

The house is 2 stories. I also have a full basement. I have a bath in the basement, one on the first floor, and 2 baths in the 2nd floor. I was wondering if I needed more than one vent? All of the bathrooms are on one side of the house except for my half bath on the first floor. The house is 30'wide. Will I need to run a seperate vent for this bath? Or can I tee of the main stack and run a pipe through my attic to tie that bath into it?

You didn't mention laundry room location or basement floor drains. My new 1600 sq ft ranch house has 3 bathrooms and laundry located centrally and I have 3 drain vents. Don't forget kitchen sink as well.

I hired a plumber to do the rough in, now if I only had time to set the toilets, sweat the supply valves, etc. I could be moving in.
