When I run the water from any sink, tub, laundry,or whatever water producing item within my Raised Ranch home, A septic smell permiates from the pipes or somewhere within the laudry area.
I have lived in the Home for 3 years and continue to suffer regardless of several attempts to fix. The Colder Temps have helped the smell travel further throught the home, inturn forcing me to get an air purifier.Looking for help on this problem any way I can get it .
I have used several local plumbers including RotorRooter and still no luck.

Thanks, Rob

Check the laundry trap to make sure it's holding a seal. If it's standpipe it's trapped at the bottom before it enters the main house drain. If it dumps into a laundry tub, the sink is trapped before it enters the main house drain.
