I'm getting low water pressure just at my bathroom sink. Everything else seems to be working fine. Just the bathroom sink. If you cut on the cold and hot water at the same time you get the exact same low water pressure if you just cut one on. Any suggestions??

Check the aerator on your faucet. Aerators can get clogged up with sediment and it's a good idea to check and clean them every now and then. They also will serve as a water saving device and have a rating in GPM (gallons per minute) If you don't want to the hassle of cleaning it, simply try a new one and see if the pressure gets better. Good Luck Herb, plumber Tom
