I have a new 3 room valve panel with a brown or mocah colored shower panel, a white vanity panel, and a white kitchen sink panel. It also comes with the faucets for sink, shower, and kitchen. I had it for a display board. I hooked it up and it works perfectly, has never had water through it. The keypad panels look like brand new. I had it on a nice display board for 2 home shows then packed it up and thats where it stayed. I want to sell as a whole, and have pics I can email if interested. I would like $1800.00 as I remember this is what it cost me. I believe retail was upwards of $3,000.00 Thank Jason

We bought our house 7 years ago from an American who had built the house (in New Zealand in the 70's) and had the plumbing installed. We thought it was great and up until now have had no problems with it.
The cold water on the kitchen touch pad is not working, it appears that there is no cold water getting through, which means that the lukewarm is also hot.
I have no idea what the problem could be and was hoping that you could shed some light on the problem.
Any ideas?
