Red731 - hi, I did a Google search on "Novi American" (using the quotation marks to help limit the search) and chose a likely looking link. It took me to a building supplier site (AEC something-or-other). At the bottom of the page, it had a link for Toilet, Bath and Accessories - clicking it and scrolling down, I found the following info:

Red731 - hi again, and I'm sorry my lead wasn't very helpful. I went through the same thing while fixing a Jacuzzi for my landlord in my last house. He'd bought it and installed it when he built the house some 14 years ago, but nobody in the greater Richmond (VA) area carried equipment by that manufacturer. I ended up doing the Google thing and got some leads that pointed me to Seattle, WA. I made a few phone calls and got a good lead to a company that bought out the original one. I called them and got very lucky - their lead engineer had been the designer of the Jacuzzi I was repairing! Over a couple lengthy phone calls, he walked me through the parts of the schematic diagram that had been obliterated over time, recommended some replacement parts based on the problems I described, and helped me get it running. When I moved out earlier this summer, I gave the landlord the phone number and website address for him to pass to the buyers of the house.

So, with luck you'll locate the Maax folks and they'll be able to help you out. About the only other option would be to pull out the cracked jet housing and take it to several places to see if they can match it up in size. Matching the color may be a luxury you won't get. Novi bathtub??? I am having a problem in Cincinnati. I have a customers tub with 3 split jet housings. These items compress the jet to the tub. Have yoy any info on how I can get parts? Any info is helpful.

I have similar problem and received very good response from the MAAX service center in trying to identfy the parts. Check out Maax web site on where to call or email. I have been given part numbers and was told I can order them from **********.

MAAX acquired Novi in the late '90's.

I have not ordered parts yet but am hopeful they will work.

We just moved in to our new house and we have discovered that we can not use the tub due to the leaky jet ring. Does anyone know where I can get it fixed or a manufactures number of where I can call? I have tried to find Novi Baths but they no longer exist. Thanks from michigan

Can another manufacture's jets fit these tubs?

I am surprised Maax has not responded to you. The Maax service desk rep at 1-888-304-4388 was very helpful and succesful at researching the jet parts I needed for my Novi tub.

MAAX is reviewing the info I sent them regarding my tub issues.
