Hi Lonny,

Pocket walls are what is sometimes used to conceal something in a corner of a room like pipes for example. The pocket wall is built using 2x4's or whatever and then covering with drywall. I think you could use the same concept in a shower stall by cutting your walls in such a way to conceal the "rounded corners". Hard to explain with making a drawing, do you see what I mean?

The pocket corners may work but it seems like a lot of work. It may save money for a homeowner but I would not be able to offer it to a customer. I appreciate your idea. I had not thought of it before.
