I might be able to help but I need some more info. Do the hoses connect be means of a threaded fitting? Does it leak at the threaded fitting?

There are so many variables on faucets and piping you need to tell Tim all you can. What kind of supply pipes do you have? do you have plastic supply tubes or metal? How long has this faucet been in? What brand name? Are we to understand that you have three leaks? One leak each on the cold supply to the faucet and another on the hot supply to the faucet? Did you use lubricant or tape? And you have a third leak where the faucet sprayer hose connects to the faucet body? Or is it a pull out sprayer?
