I recently built a wooden swing set for my kids out of CCA pressure treated lumber. At the time I didnt know about the problems with using PT wood. Although I'm still not convinced it's that bad of stuff, I want to try a limit the exposure (direct contact)that my kids will have with the wood. I sealed the wood up with an oil base sealant. Now I am looking for molded plastic covers that fit right over the 2x lumber (the swing set has some railings and ladders made of 2x4's). Why can't I find these??? It seems like they should be fairly common to protect against splinters. Anyone know where I can find these??????
