I have a problem thats driving me crazy. Lately, when flushing a toilet, or even opening a faucet, the water "sputters" out like its forced out by high air presssure. This happens randomly. After the sputtering effect which lasts only a few seconds, the water flows normally again.
Is this caused by air in the lines, and if so, how do I get rid of it? What caused it to begin with? Thank you
