so check out their website, they are made by alsons. I believe their help line is 1-888-775-3699. They are located in Michigan (I think that's eastern time zone) and open 8 am to 7 pm Monday thru Friday.

If you need a new gasket, washer, etc. they should be able to help you identify what you need.

Delta is a Masco company. If your shower fixture is using a ball, it also has simple rubber seats and springs behind the ball. Replacing the seats and springs are simple to do. Repair parts are found anywhere in home centers and distributors. It is always best to use nothing more than GENUINE DELTA PARTS. They can be found at any plumbing wholesaler. If your ball is made of stainless stell, then a purchase of a simple seat and spring kit ( RP4993 ) will do the trick. If it is an older plastic or brass ball it should also be replaced at the same time. ( RP212 ) After replacing the seats, grease the ball with a thin coat of stem grease and assemble.

look, I gave the correct info, and you DON'T have to BUY parts, they offer lifetime warranties on the shower heads, they are made by the alsons DIVISION with DELTA name, just call the number I PROVIDED. IF kerr bothered to check the delta site he'd know what I told you. Its the alsons division that actually makes and SUPPORTS the Delta shower fixtures, but the official DELTA number I provided you will get you there (also you can look at a DELTA shower head package at any store, and see the same information I provided you).

Look Mistressell... this isn't the place for this, but you couldn't be so wrong! Where do you get your information? You must be new to the industry and shouldn't be giving advice to anyone. Now, the truth of the matter is: Delta Faucet company and well as Alsons, Aquaglass and many more companies are all divisions of and owned by the Masco corporation. Delta parts and faucet information is available on the Delta web site at www.deltafaucet.com. Mistressell, you should also go to the same web site, click company information on the top right, then click "who we are" on the top left and you will have proof of my claim. My truth is on Delta's web site. Where is yours? Now, before you make any attempt to bashing someone that knows the industry, you need to do some homework.
