Is there a product out there to install to make it very quiet. When our water drains, it echos and we would like it quiet.

You can either insulate the drain with a fiberglass jacket you can buy from a plumbing wholesaler (not available at hardware store) or you can insulate the room. If it's just the water flow that's making the noise, you can also replace the pipe with cast iron and you won't have any noise at all.
