We have a recently installed sink and countertop made of cultured marble.
The odor it emits is horrible. Have heard about sour batch. Any info?

What you're probably smelling is the chemicals that are mixed together to make the marble. In addition, sometimes the amonia is mixed a little heavy in the batter and it leeches out. You can try to neutralize it, you can use vinegar to clean it with and it should neutralize the odor.
