We had tile floor installed in the kitchen and the contractor didn't put the quarter round back. I am interested to find out if it's possible to install quarter round between tile floor and kitchen cabinet without buying a mitre saw. I don't see the need of getting a saw just for installing some quarter round. Please help!

You could rent, or use a mitre box & back saw.
