Bvplumbing
I have a question regarding a strange smell that has been present in our upstairs bathroom of our bi-level home for years. Our home is less than 15 years old and has pvc plumbing. We can not figure out where the smell is coming from ..even the plumbers can't figure it out. We recently changed the seal of our toilet. The strange thing is the smell is only strong when it is windy or sunny/warm out..in winter it isn't bad at all. Could this be sewer gas..wouldn't sewer gas smell awful all the time and not just when it is warm out....can sewer gas be odorless...Any advice would be appreciated.

Thank you soo much in advance,

Karyn
