Love the shows on this subject. But what type of floor will be in the basement? Will they be installing precast concrete flooring over the gravel?

The crew will pour a concrete floor in the basement to lock all the wall panels in place.......

During the recent Miami show, they installed prefab pocketdoors units. I've never seen anything other than the pocket door hardware, never a pre assembled door frame ready to install. Have not found any info in any searches on who makes them. Anyone know where to get them?

They were special order at a local Big Box Home Improvement retailer.
