A common mistake is placing the metal washer between the head of the bolt and the rubber washer......

the metal washer on metal bolt not waterproof.......

Is this your problem......?

I have rubber washer... I have no idea why this tank keeps leaking. I have leveled it both side to side and back to back. it just keeps leaking. I am going to try a new washer on the one side that keeps leaking that is my last hope... Hey thanks for trying though and if you can think of anything else please let me know.
