I have two toilets in my home. At times both toilets will not empty when flushed. They will just fill up to the rim. I use my plunger, and after two pumps they will empty.

This happens even with no solids or toilet paper being used.

Waste water from the shower and sink go down with no problems.

this is old or new house.....1 or two stories....basement?

In the past the toilets USED to flush good ?

Toilets are near each other? where?.....

Are these classic models or Low-water consumption .....

Is there a washer/dryer ?

City sewer or septic......

Is the toilet tank Clear water Or do you use a "BLUE" treatment......

Do you ever notice bubbles in the toilet bowl when draining other fixtures.......
