Lately the water pressure on my kitchen faucet when I turn it on somtimes is zero and then after a few seconds builds up to normal, or it comes out fine initially for a few seconds then drops very low and then builds up again. This only happens with my kitchen faucet. What area should I be looking in?

Are you on a well.

If so it sounds like you pressure tank is waterlogged.

Well I should have seen that it was only on the kitchen faucet.

"Somethign" is moving around and blocking the flow.

Does it affect both hot and cold? If so then look at the aireator ('nozzle' and screen on the end of the spout) and the divertor valve for the sprayer.
