I could use some advise as to how air gets in the hot water lines, (Kitchen, bath).

Hot Water heater is on year 7 of a 10 year life, with no leaks.

All fresh water contains oxygen if the water temp is high it can boil and thus release the oxygen.

Also some places aerate a lot more then others and that can account for excessive "air"

Also the anode maybe failing.

Time to replace the heater is approaching.
