Whenever I turn on the hot water in

the sinks or shower, it will hiss and

spew for about 15 seconds then it will

run just fine. It doesnt make this noise

whenever I turn on the cold water faucet.

The hot water heater is only about 1 year

old. What is the cause and what can I do

to stop this.
