want to remove 30 year old laundry tub and faucet. It is attached to the wall. The new one has legs. The old faucet is attached above to the water supply lines coming down from the ceiling. The new faucet is a regular faucet where the supply lines go under the sink. Can I just take the tub off the wall. Remove the support that is attached to the wall, and use flexable supply lines to reach from above, around the sides of the tub to the new faucet?

You can get a laundry faucet that does have the water supply coming from the top rather then underneath.

Your better off installing the correct faucet rather then doing what we call a Rube Goldberg (Make shift job)
