We've just installed a new water pressure tank. I am still not receiving any water pressure. Is the tank suppose to fill with water? (its not) Please help me, I call for help, but others wont come and help because I live out of town. I've tried all their suggestions, but nothing yet.

Who did the installation should have read the manufacturers directions as many tanks are hydro pneumatic with certain guide lines required to make sure the tanks do not become water logged.

Many contractors will not go behind a DIY person as the liability is just not worth it.
Many years ago I had on my vans "we repair what your husband tried to fix"
I had so many calls I couldn't handle them so I just refused to go behind someone else.
Once on a TV show called "all in the family" Archie Bunker tried to do a bathroom repair after getting a quote from a licensed plumber for $2,500.
After Archie made a major mess he called the plumber back and the guy quoted double his original price as now he had to undo all the damage the home owner did (double work)
Between the pressure trol switching and the air to water ratio and the high limit protection and relief valve once someone did the installation the new person has to figure what the heck went wrong and it is worse then starting from scratch.
Air is very dangerous under pressure to play with as it can kill quite easily if not taken seriously.
As a certified boiler inspector we hydro test not air test systems and pressure vessels and boilers.
Picture two balloons one filled with water one filled with air.
Now puncture each one and the water one will plop open harmlessly the air one give a loud popping sound.
This is how water heaters/ boilers/ tanks explode when not serviced or installed properly .
