I have replaced the insides of my toilet, but there is a leak coming from the bolts holding the tank onto the bowl. I have tighten and checked I can't figure out why it's leaking. I have changed washer but nothing has helped. The leak is coming from the tank water because it is a constant leak and the water level goes down. This toilet has not been cooperating. Please help I am desperate.

HINT:......Check inside the tank......Do NOT use a metal washer between the bolt(head) and the rubber washer.....the metal to metal surface is not watertight...........
