Hoping someone has an idea! I am experiencing a water hammer. The hammer occurs when the second story toilet is flushed - more specifically, when it shuts off. I also have a rush of water pressure when any faucet in the house is turned on and then the pressure evens out. Does it sound like the regulator needs replaced or could it be something else?
