I am trying to install a washing machine and the faucets are capped off. I can not turn the handles to shut the water off. Apparently the previous owners could not either, hence the capped pipes. I sprayed "liquid wrench" on the faucets, but that did not help. So far I have only been successful in breaking one of the handles off the faucet.
