I have a shower head which has a ball on the end of the goose neck. it is permanently attched. I would like to get a new shower head to lower the pressure. can you still get shower heads like this?

Yes you can get the ball type at faucet replacement parts places and you may also consiider a flow restrictor instead of total replacement if you want to put in a restriction.

you can just replace the entire shower arm with a new one and get a low flow head
