I am in the process of finishing my basement and Home theater. I just finished the drywall and am about to tackle the ceiling. I plan on using 2x4 panels. My room width is 19 feet but I only plan on installing drop in ceiling in a width of 10' 7 1/4". My questio is this I want to use full tiles for the border tiles and put the 2' 7 1/4" in the middle. I want to do this so I can center the ceiling fan in the room. Will my main tees and my x tees allow me to do this
