Bvplumbing
I'm replacing a shower faucet this weekend. This is my first attempt at plumbing. I was looking at it today, and wanted to know if ther is any special tools that I will need to remove the old faucet. Will regular wrenches work on the cooper fittings or will it damage it. Thanks for any help.

Sorry but if you have to ask your better off hiring a LMP and watching.

Shower body's can be installed via copper tubing sweating or by IPS with screwed fittings or a combination of both.

Just be sure to install a new pressure or temperature balance type to prevent scalding
