Hi,
I recently got my home de-winterized and turned on the power and water. I am in the process of fixing a few pinholes in the pipes downstairs and filling nuts on turnoff valves. I have water in the kitchen but low pressure and no water in the upstairs bathroom just a little clunk then nothing. What is wrong and what can I do without calling a plumber, if I do have to call a plumber how much will it cost?
I live in Iowa in 1000 sqft home. Please help.

Suppose I told you I have a Car and I cant seem to get to to start running how much will it cost and I live in NYC?
1- Did I run out of gas?
2- Did the battery die?
3- Did the engine seize
4- Do I have an electrical or starter problem?
Asking how much plumbing will cost sight unseen is a very unfair question to ask anyone.
I have no clue what the licensed plumbers over head is or what kind of life style they want?

Some one could have stolen the engine out of the car. Or in this case the copper pipe out of the walls.
When plumbing contractors install copper or brass piping in new construction or alterations we cover said piping with cold tar or flashing cement as a thief hates to be bothered cleaning off the tar prior to taking it to a junk dealer.
Many years ago it was common practice to have a helper apply TAR to newly installed copper to prevent two legged animals from ripping out the MONGO
