I just installed some crown moulding in my home, however, our ceiling isn't perfectly straight and there are some sections where the crown moulding is not perfectly flush against the ceiling. Is there any type of filler I can buy?

How wide it the gaps?

A good painters grade caulking will usually fill that line.

The gaps range from about 1/10 inch to 1/4 inch. I used DAP Lightweight Spackle last night and it seemed to work just fine. Would caulk work better? If so, what brand and type of caulk? I still have another two rooms to do. Thanks.
