and it's around the tub. I'm sure this is probably a common occurence with water on the floor all the time. Unfortunately, my wife thinks the water is supposed to dry up all by itself.
The wood is very pliable right where she steps out of the tub/shower, and it's not moving more because of the vinyl flooring...I think. Is this something that I'll have to replace the whole floor for, or can a good carpenter just cut out the bad and replace with good wood?

- Got part of a bath floor sinking on me....
Usually it's repairable.... but you usually have to replace one or two joists, so it can get intensive if the tub needs to come out to get access under there.
