HI, I'm hoping that someone can help me out. I really don't know a lot about plumbing but before I call a plumber I'd like to at least know what the actual problem is...When we use the shower/bath the drain leaks pretty bad down in the basement. Right where the pipe forms a U shape- at the bottom of the U water comes right out. It seems the seal or plug has rotted out? Then of course the pipe continues to the sewer pipe out. Does any one know what the rememdy is...
