Hi,

I was having very low (to none) hot water pressure in my shower. When it comes out of the tub, it runs just fine.

A couple of weeks ago after cleaning the tub and routine cleaning of the drain, the hot water pressure was actually better than it ever was. A couple of days ago, the pressure starting getting very weak. This morning it was just a dribble, but full pressure from the tub spout. Any ideas on what this could be?

It is a three handle faucet.

Remove the shower head holding back on the shower arm with another wrench.

Then check the flow restrict or for possible obstructions.

While the shower head is off try running the shower with the 1/2" pipe (shower arm) open and see if any black debris is noted IF it is then you have to start replacing bib washers

Good luck
