Could it be the wax seal is bad? The toilet tank water is holding...What should I do!!???

If a bowl loses it seal (water) it normally means either a possible blockage
Or oscillation (wind effect)
Or negative or positive pressure
Do to poor venting OR possibly the refill tube is not inserted into the over flow tube of the Douglas valve.
There of course other reasons it could happen but this is a great place to start checking

The refill tube looks ok. No water is leaking on the floor around the bottom of the bowl. If the wax seal has a crack, will that cause the bowl water to drain out? There was a blockage last week, but the plunger took care of that...At least I thought it did. Now you have me thinking...
UT OH!!!!!!!!!! come to think of it, my wife was coloring her hair and I saw her toss somewhat large cotton pads in that toilet! I bet it's still blocked!
