We are think of remodeling our bathroom. I measured from drywall to drywall and come up with 4 ft 10 inches and 3/4. I know the standard tub is five feet in length. Is there a way that this will fit after the drywall is removed?

Depends how thick the wall is and if you can squeeze the extra inches out by possibly notching the studs
