I am remodeling a bathroom in a 40+ year old addition. The current toilet is a wall mounted toilet. I am considering replacing it with a new wall mounted toilet, but am not sure if this a good idea. Are they available, reliable? If so, will they likely fit easily, or will there still be major plumbing work involved? The bathroom will be traditional, so I don't want something that looks too modern. If I go with a floor toilet, I know I am looking at some major plumbing work, which I will have to hire out, at a large cost.

Wall hung toilets are available and still installed constantly.

What you need to do is get the exact measurements of center to center bolt pattern and call a plumbing supply and ask for the availability of the pattern you have.

JUST know before hand colors are very limited
