Recently the pipes in my house vibrate and make noise when filling the washing machine

Most common when filling with hot water but also with cold, but to a lesser extent. Is this a problem with the washer or my plumbing? I am thinking it is the washer solenoid fill valve problem but how do I diagnose this problem and isolate the problem.

When was the last time someone shut the water supply to the washing machine and actually checked the screen (filters) located in the hose for sediment build up?

Normally the valves to the washing machine are globe type like a hose bib and globe valves by design are for throttling thus you can close them slightly and it may stop the hydraulic shock waves from excessive velocity
